From a stalled review to a Q1 acceptance

A clinician-researcher in psychiatry had a strong clinical question about suicide risk-management in primary-care settings, but lacked the time to run a full systematic review to publishable standard.
We built a reproducible search strategy, structured the review to PRISMA 2020, ran dual screening and formal risk-of-bias appraisal, wrote the full manuscript with an editable PRISMA flow diagram, and supported journal selection and submission.

A neurosurgery team was working on a technically demanding question — radiological prediction of tumour proliferation (Ki-67 in meningioma) — that required a rigorous synthesis of imaging studies and careful methodological reporting for a discerning surgical readership.
We framed the review question and eligibility criteria, ran a systematic search and screening, synthesised the imaging-prediction data across included studies, and produced a full, structured manuscript to the journal's technical standard.
